Jeff Arp

Jeff graduated from Blakelock as both an athlete and a scholar. He played on Halton junior and senior championship football teams and won the top Athlete/Academic Award in his graduating year.

Jeff went on to play football at the University of Western Ontario where he was All-Canadian in 1979, 1980 and 1981. Jeff was also the team captain. He was elected to the university's Football Wall of Fame (2007) and to the University of Western Ontario Club Hall of Fame (2010).

Jeff graduated from Western with a degree in political science.

Jeff played in the CFL with the Hamilton Ti-Cats from 1982-1985. In 1985 he played in the Grey Cup game. In 1986 Jeff played for the Toronto Argonauts.

Since retiring from football, Jeff has worked for the provincial government at Queen's Park. He has worked in a number of ministries including education, government services, finance and environment.

Jeff is currently the Supervisor, Corporate Correspondence Unit, Communications Branch, Ministry of the Environment.
