WELCOME TO STUDENT SERVICES

September 2017-18 Timetable Changes:

Timetables will be available on June 19th.  Students may make changes based on their pathway. If students are not able to see their guidance counsellor in June, there will be opportunities to change timetables late August and early September.  Call the Guidance Secretary at 905-827-1158 Ext. 229 to book an appointment.

During the last week of August 2017, the following  priorities will apply to guidance appointments:

If you are a student in any of the following categories, book an appointment to see your guidance counsellor for the last week in August:

1.    Students new to TAB will be seen first to build a timetable.

2.    Students who attended summer school may want to be seen in August to change their timetable.             Call to book your appointment after August 21st, 2017.

3.    Students who were unsuccessful with a course in June will be seen in August by the Student Success Lead.

4.    Students who do not have prerequisite courses will be seen to change their timetable.

5.    Students with an empty period in their timetable (all Grade 9 to 11 students must have 8 scheduled courses) will be seen.

6.    Grade 11 & 12 students with course requests due to post-secondary pathway changes will be seen.

Please note:    There will be no changes to semester I timetables after September 12th.
