Wellness Quote Today’s Wellness tip is intended to give you some suggestions as head into your first exam.  Here are the top 5 things to remember the night before an exam.

  1. Eat a good dinner! --- you need ENERGY to focus.

  2. Choose a study area that is free from distractions… and do NOT study with your phone beside you!!

  3. Change the material that you are studying every 1-2 hours to keep yourself engaged.

  4. Take Breaks! … schedule a 15 min break after every hour that you study. Then refocus and get back to it!!

  5. Get at least 6- 8 hours of sleep. You need to wake up with a FRESH BRAIN in order to do your best!

And so there you have it, Tigers!  Follow your plan and believe in the hard work that you have done this semester.  You can do this!!! Good luck everyone!!
