Mental Health Awareness Week Good morning Tigers!  Today marks the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week. According to CAMH,  the Canadian Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Being mentally healthy means that “you feel good about life, you’re reaching your potential and you’re accomplishing your goals”.  Join TAB wellness this week in a variety of activities each day to GETLOUD about mental health issues and to STOP THE STIGMA surrounding those issues.  Check out the posters in the “T” for more info about the week’s events ! Let’s GETLOUD, Blakelock and STOP THE STIGMA! Check out the “Tree of Truth” on senior lunch and remember to wear Black, White and/or Denim on Friday to support Mental Wellness!
