Maureen is a physiotherapist and the Vice-President of Operations of GoodLife Fitness Clubs of Canada. She is also the Director of Education for Can-Fit-Pro, Canada. Maureen is a busy international speaker and consultant on fitness and wellness.
She believes in the whole package as a sign of wellness, that is, being physically active, nutritionally responsible and having a positive attitude. Maureen is also a busy fitness instructor and in 2006 was named the IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year at the IDEA World Fitness Conference in Las Vegas. She is a regular contributor to Canadian Living and Shape magazines.
Hart is a busy television, writer, producer and director. He is currently producing the popular television series, "Bones". Hart has won four Gemini Awards for television writing and producing and has a nomination for a Tony Award. He also has won a Writer's Guild of Canada Award. In addition, Hart has also written for the shows "Judging Amy", "Traders" "North of 60" "Street Legal" and "The Road to Avonlea". He was the story editor for "The Beachcombers". Hart resides in California.
Steve has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree in manufacturing systems from Standford University. After working many years with Ford as a robotics engineer, Steve became the Managing Director, China operations and General Manager of Yangfeng Visteon. He has a wide range of assignments, including manufacturing, product engineering, business development and program management. In 2008, Steve moved to England to manage global operations for Visteon.
